Studying in Germany is not one decision. It is a sequence of them, each depending on the last, spread over roughly a year and a half. Choose a course before you understand the entry requirements and you apply to the wrong places. Book a visa appointment before your blocked account clears and you lose the slot. Land without an address and you cannot register, which means no bank account, which means the money you deposited stays out of reach.
Our services follow that sequence rather than cutting across it. They begin with counselling, because nothing sensible can be decided before we have seen your actual grades and budget. They run through university selection, SOP and documentation, scholarships, the visa and blocked account, and accommodation. And they continue past arrival, into finding work and settling, which is where most consultancies stop.
That last part matters more than it sounds. Both our founders live in Germany. When you are three weeks in, staring at an Anmeldung appointment form you do not understand, the person answering your message is in the same country and the same time zone as the problem.

What it costs to work with us
Nothing. Every service on this page is free, and we take no commission from universities, blocked account providers, insurers or landlords for sending you their way. That is deliberate: the moment a consultant earns more by recommending one option over another, their advice stops being advice.
You will still have real costs, and we would rather you see them early: the blocked account deposit, APS and visa fees, health insurance, certified translations, university application fees where they exist, flights, and a deposit on somewhere to live. We will put a realistic total in front of you in the first conversation, before you have committed to anything.

Yes. Counselling, university shortlisting, SOP review, visa guidance, blocked account help, accommodation search and job preparation are all free, with no hidden charges and no commission. You pay only official third-party fees — universities, APS, your blocked account provider, the visa fee and insurance — and those go directly to them.
Study counselling, always. Until we have seen your grades, budget and target intake, any advice about universities or visas is guesswork. The first session takes about thirty minutes and tells you what is realistic.
No. Some students come to us only for the blocked account or only for SOP review, having done the rest themselves. That is completely fine. The services are sequential because the process is, not because they are a package.
Yes. Our office is in Naroda, Ahmedabad and you are welcome to visit, but most of the process runs over WhatsApp and video calls. We work with students across India.
Plan for 12 to 18 months from first conversation to flying. APS alone takes 4 to 8 weeks, the blocked account two to four, and visa processing 6 to 12 weeks after your appointment. Starting earlier gives you more options, not just less stress.
No, and we would not trust anyone who does. Universities and the German embassy make those decisions. What we control is whether your file is complete, consistent and submitted in the right order, which is where most avoidable rejections come from.
